The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain Strategy and Customer Solutions, the Manager, Supply Chain Program Management & Strategy will work closely with a team in a matrixed environment to deliver a transformational, global distribution network. As Supply Chain expert, heshe will drive planning, analysis, implementation and execution of multiple, highly-complex initiatives. Heshe will ensure operational and performance excellence and will lead internal cross-functional teams and external business partners through delivery of key milestone achievements. Heshe will exercise a significant level of independent judgment and execution which directly impacts the operational results of the global supply chain and multiple, global business units. The Responsibilities: * Ensure high productivity, consistent and on-time and in budget delivery of defined supply chain initiatives. * Deliver program management expertise to ensure achievement of key milestones. * Development and delivery of communications to cross functional leadership teams, including but not limited to, project proposalbusiness case, project status, etc.. The Individual: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline required. Advanced degrees including , MBA or MS is a plus. Six Sigma greenblack belt a plus. 10+ years of overall experience required. Expertise in global distribution and transportation required; cold chain and healthcare related distribution experience preferred. Excellent businessfinancial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to understand the factors affecting the finances andor operations of suppliers. Excellent global supplier management skills including ability to foster and leverage professional relationships. Ability to identify and solve complex contractual, process and operational business challenges. This role may require up to 15% domestic and international travel. Work closely with 3rd Party supplierspartners.
