The Opportunity: Reporting to the Director SCM Business Systems & Process Integration, the Global SCM Manufacturing Business Systems and Process Lead oversees the harmonization of manufacturing processes and supporting technology across the following regions; Americas, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. The individual is accountable for the distribution processes and leading the change management for the delivery of systems, systems enhancements and process improvements in support of regional Supply Chain Directors and regional Business Systems Leads. The Global SCM Manufacturing Business Systems and Process Lead will identify appropriate internal and external best practices to incorporate in the implementation for the respective regions. The Responsibilities: * Lead the global design of the integration of the OCD manufacturing systems. The incumbent will lead internal and consulting related efforts to gather requirements, convert to Process Design Documents(PDDs)s, map all “to be” process flows, lead user acceptance testing and feedback through post production support. * Change management: The incumbent will lead internal and consulting resources in the planning, positioning, communication, training and rollout of manufacturing processes through a network of manufacturing Power Users. * Work closely with Regional Supply Chain Directors and manufacturing personnel to prioritize and solution requested system enhancements and deliver process improvement initiatives. * Participate in strategic roadmap alignment with PMO team and other programs as needed based on Supply Chain strategy objectives. * Drive regional stakeholder experience metrics. The Individual:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline required. Advanced degrees including MBA or MS in Engineering, Information Systems or other technical discipline preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of supply chain ERP and manufacturing business system process design and delivery.
LicensureCredentials: SAP system certification, ITIL and Six Sigma greenblack belt are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with system users both internally and externally (suppliers). Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain interactions and interdependencies. Experience with cold chain product distribution and cold chain manufacturing. Demonstrated hands-on project managementdelivery experience and integration between ERP and MES solutions. Experience in leading strategic business improvement and process initiatives using proven methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, BPI, FPx, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence and drive change in a matrixed organization. Excellent global system implementation and management skills. Ability to identify and solve complex process and operational business challenges.
Travel: 15%-20% travel annually. May involve international travel during rollouts.
