Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Logistics EnDevor – Massachusetts

Plan and manage logistics for all commercial material shipments.
: Create invoices and appropriate import/export documentation for all relative shipments.
: Track in-transit shipments to delivery, and report on status and progress.
: Collaborate with applicable functional areas to ensure that appropriate import and export licenses are established and maintained as required.
: Work with Commercial Supply Chain Planning to identify opportunities for savings relative to material shipments.
: Incorporate appropriate cold chain and controlled temperature shipment methods and processes.
: Track freight costs to budgets, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
: Create and manage monthly freight reporting for all commercial material shipments, including outbound Customer shipments from global distribution partners.
: Maintain up to date knowledge of global import and export regulations.
: Subject matter expert relative to Harmonized Tariff Code decisions.
: Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate Customs brokerage houses.
: Develop and maintain a catalog of freight options, including contact and pricing information, routes serviced, and delivery service levels.

Job Requirements:
: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
: 5+ years pharmaceutical logistics experience required
: Extensive experience in import / export operations, including tariff classifications and EAR
: Understanding of freight costs by mode
: Experience with cold chain shipping requirements, including knowledge of appropriate solutions
: Leas Six Sigma experience a plus
: Competency with MS Office applications
: Flexible work schedule to accommodate project priorities and the global nature of the position
: Minimal travel
